Warranty Information

All Striker Lights Manufactured products come with a minimum 2-year limited warranty, as specified in each product’s description. This warranty covers manufacturer defects and product failures due to faulty workmanship or materials.

Any 3rd Party Company lights that Striker Lights does not manufacture are covered by the respective companies warranty. Please due your research prior to purchasing another brands products.

Not Covered Under Warranty:

  • Improper installation

  • Damage from automotive accidents

  • Road debris

  • Any issue not directly related to a manufacturing defect

To begin a warranty claim, please complete the Contact Us form below.

Important:
Striker Lights’ warranty is non-transferable. If the product was purchased through a third party or you are not the original purchaser, the warranty is automatically void. No exceptions.

If your warranty claim is approved, we will replace the product with the same item or a comparable alternative (if the original product is discontinued or unavailable).

If you experience an issue, we’ll work with you via email to diagnose the problem. You may be asked to provide additional information to assist with troubleshooting. Once we confirm the product is defective, we will initiate the warranty process and issue a warranty confirmation.

Please note:
You are required to return the defective product to us before any replacement can be issued. We do not send out replacements in advance or provide repairs without receiving the product first. No exceptions.

Once your warranty is confirmed, you are responsible for shipping the faulty product back to us. This allows us to verify the issue and provide a suitable replacement.

In rare cases, if warranty processing exceeds 4–6 weeks (the standard build time for new lights), your warranty period will be extended accordingly to cover the extra time required for repair or replacement.

Exceptions, Limitations, and Stipulations

Components: If a problem exists with a single component, Striker Lights will only replace the damaged components

Surface Finish: Many Striker Lights products feature treated surfaces, with paint, powdercoating, anodization, UV coating, etc. These coatings, while durable, are not designed to last indefinitely, and wear out over time depending on use. To prolong lifespan, we recommend that products are shielded from UV light when possible, cleaned regularly using mild detergents, and that they are not subjected to abrasives or damage. Surface finishes that wear out from regular wear and tear are not covered under warranty. If damage in coatings appears within the initial 1 Year Replacement Limited Warranty, and is determined to be caused by manufacturing defect.

Condensation: Certain products from Striker Lights contain sealed volumes of air. High-power LEDs create a large amount of heat, so the air expands and contracts as the lamp heats up and cools down. Pressure-equalizing vents are used whenever possible to prevent damage to the seal of the lamp, but this can occasionally introduce moisture in the air, especially with high humidity. Under certain circumstances, condensation may collect on the outside lens of the product, as it is much cooler than the rest of the lamp. Minor condensation is normal, and not covered under warranty. Condensation can be removed by allowing the lamp to fully warm up, or reducing outside humidity. If moisture buildup becomes greater than simple condensation, this indicates an issue with the product seal, and Striker Lights will cover it under warranty, in its sole determination. When making warranty claims for moisture buildup, we encourage you to include photographs showing the extent of the moisture.

Installation and Labor: Striker Lights product warranties are limited to coverage of products only. Striker Lights does not warranty or offer compensation or coverage of installation labor or time that may be required for replacement of warranty items. We strongly encourage customers to contact us prior to seeking outside assistance in diagnosis of any product issue.

All warranties, expressed or implied, are void if our warranty claim department determines that there is sufficient evidence of one or more of the following:

Negligence: Improper installation or improper use, including using or installing any product in a manner not specified by Striker Lights, or damage caused by improper installation.
Abuse: Damage beyond the limits of "normal wear and tear."
Unauthorized Dealer Purchase: Purchase of items through any unauthorized party. We encourage you to contact Striker Lights prior to purchase to verify the seller is authorized.
