Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY:

Before reading our Refund Policy please note that unless stated, our RGB and RGB Flow series products are not DOT Legal, will not pass inspection for road use and are to be used for Off-Road use only.

No refunds or cancellations will be allowed due to this issue and Striker Lights LLC is not responsible for improper use of our lighting products.

 

Special Orders: Due to the nature of our custom light builds, we offer a limited availability of refunds.
  • Headlight & Tail Light Builds: Due to the highly specialized and bespoke nature of these projects, we are unable to offer refunds after these build projects have started. Headlight and Tail Light builds are eligible for the 1-Year Limited Warranty.
  • Custom Builds: Due to the custom nature of these builds we will not accept and refunds, returns, or adjustments to these orders. Custom Orders are eligible for the 1-Year Limited Warranty.
  • Pre-Orders: Pre-Orders will typically be offered at a significant discount to our customers and as such we do not offer refunds, returns, or adjustments. Pre-Orders are eligible for the 1-Year Limited Warranty.
  • All other products: All other products in our stock are built-to-order, and as such they are special order.

Returns: Any return requests must be made, in writing to Customer Support at customersupport@strikerlights.com. Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your as determined by the shippers delivery date. It is the customers responsibility to cover shipping back to our facility.

  • Products must be returned exactly how they were sent out. If the product was installed, the refund policy is null and void. Please refer to the warranty policy for more information.

Returns and Adjustments Fee: All products that are Special Order will be subject to a Returns and Adjustments Fee of up to a maximum of 25%.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We will happily warranty these products.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
