Before reviewing our Refund Policy, please be aware that unless specified otherwise, our RGB and RGB Flow series products are not DOT-approved and will not pass inspection for road use. They are intended for off-road use only. Consequently, we do not accept refunds or cancellations related to this issue, and Striker Lights LLC is not liable for any improper use of our lighting products.

Special Orders: Due to the customized nature of our light builds, refunds are offered only under limited circumstances.

  • Headlight & Tail Light Builds: Given the highly specialized and bespoke nature of these projects, refunds are not available once work has commenced. These builds are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty.
  • Custom Builds: As these are tailored specifically to your requirements, we cannot accept refunds, returns, or adjustments. Custom Builds are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty.
  • Pre-Orders: Typically offered at a significant discount, Pre-Orders are non-refundable and non-returnable. They are, however, covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty.
  • All Other Products: Our in-stock products are built-to-order and considered special orders.

Returns: Return requests must be submitted in writing through our Contact Us form within 30 days of receipt, as determined by the shipper’s delivery date. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Products must be returned in their original condition. Refunds are not available for products that have been installed. For more details, please refer to our warranty policy.

Returns and Adjustments Fee: Special Order products are subject to a Returns and Adjustments Fee of up to 25%.
